Volunteer Time Off
We love to give back to our communities and want to make sure team members are able to set aside time each year dedicated to philanthropy. That’s why each team member gets eight hours of additional paid time off reserved solely for volunteering.
Home Loan Program
We want to help our team members achieve their dream of homeownership, so we’ve made it easy for them to utilize our Mr. Cooper services to go through the home loan process themselves (with additional perks along the way, including down payment assistance).
These celebrations take place across all locations and serve as an opportunity to recognize and thank our teams for their hard work. So far, parties have ranged from “birthday parties” for Mr. Cooper to a visit from the snow cone truck on a hot summer day.
